Kind of Blue was born from the meeting of design skills, strategic vision and active presence in urban space, to accompany organisations and institutions in their paths of definition and development.
We design identities,
stories and visions.
An independent studio rooted in Naples, with a practice open to the languages of culture, innovation and public space.
and design studio
The studio is founded by Alessandro Leone, creative director with over twenty years of experience in branding and communication, professor of Design Culture at the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples, and Luciano Colella, entrepreneur, founder of VideoMetro and author.
Naples is our starting point: a complex, stratified city, capable of generating visions, content and design tensions. From here we work with an open and contemporary perspective.
Every project moves through three moments. Gathering: observing, listening, letting things settle. Synthesis: reducing, choosing, ordering. Resonance: sharing, tuning, refining. It is a tailored method, with a modular mini-team dedicated to each client and a Project Manager who is the single point of reference for the commissioner.
Kind of Blue is a partner of VideoMetro for the development of creative content on the rail transport circuits of the Naples metropolitan area: ANM and EAV — metro, Vesuviana, Cumana, Circumflegrea and funiculars.
